Jeanne,
Yes, all the BANA templates have the reference page number format you describe.
In DBT, you want to select English (UEB) - BANA as your template.
If you are using the SWIFT add-in for Word, select BANA UEB.

Subject: [duxuser] question about UEB, BANA and textbook format
Hi,
Curious is there a template (if that is the right name) for UEB BANA in
textbook form wherein a dots 3-6 line divides pages, say, print pages 1 and 2
like there was in BANA pre UEB formatting?
Jeanne
