[duxuser] print page numbers

I have a huge document, created in MS Word. I want the print page numbers
to be shown. I know that I can use the textbook template but it seems like
I read on this list a long time ago that I will need to do another step
along with the textbook template. Would someone please send me, either on
or off list, the directions to do this?
