[duxuser] html file from Hades

I have an HTML file I need to Braille and because I got it from the Microsoft
site and it is chock full of junk code, Duxbury wants to use the filter of a
Windows formatted text file and not HTML. Does anyone know of a program which
will turn a nightmare Microsoft html file into one Duxbury can use? I tried
saving it as filtered html from Word and it went from 167 kilobytes to over a
meg of data.
Any ideas welcome. Thanks.
