Phena,

First, move the lefthand tractor feed as far left as you can. It should bump up against a cylinder attached to the axel nearest to the front of the machine. Then, be sure that your left margin on the Juliet is set to 1. To do this, go to the menu you're using (usually menu #1) and enter 15.1-E. Then, set the right margin to 40 by typing 14.40-E. Then, exit the menu by typing 1.1-E.

Now, go to the Global Embosser Settings in DBT by pressing Ctrl-F11. Set the Maximum Characters per Line to 40, and the Desired Characters per Line to 40 for wide paper, or 30 for narrow paper. Set the binding margin to 0, and exit the menu by pressing OK. You should be back on track. Let me know how it goes.

Steve
