My version of MS Word, which is Word 7/Windows 95, offers the options of change to lower case for all letters, change to upper case for all letters, change to sentence case with only beginning letter capital, change to title case with each word beginning with a capital letter, and toggle case for those times when you have your caps lock on and don't know it (so this will change the capital letters to lower case and change the lower case letters to capital letters). You need to select the word or words or line or lines you want to change. Then you go to the Word menu to change the case. The keyboard way of doing this is Alt plus the letter o (for format), then the letter e (for change case), then either use your arrow keys to move up or down to the option you want, or learn the letters for each option, such as the letter u for upper case, the letter l for lower case, etc., then enter. Of course, if you need some words with capitals beginning them and some without, you still need to go back and do a little fixing. I hope this helps.
