If you know the person who is sending the file you can ask them to turn off
"smart quotes." That should fix the problem.

I am encountering a number of documents created in word processors which use Ascii 146 instead of a conventional apostrophe, ascii 39. These word processors use double open quotes and double close quotes (ascii 147 and 148 respectively) instead of conventional quotation marks. These are not being correctly translated by Duxbury, and I would appreciate knowing the best way to deal with this issue.
