Where are you based at the moment? Thailand, North America

Subject: [duxuser] Temporary files
Dear lister,
I found a problem in Duxbury Braille Translator V.
10:2d, but I can't sort it out. When I click the program, it
said it found a temporary file in the prior run. I tried to
click "yes", unfortunately it quit the program. I also tried
to remove Duxbury from my machine and reinstall, yes it
seems not work really.
Please kindly give us some advices.
