Fina, in Word you can highlight the all caps text then type shift plus f3.
That should change it. It might un-cap everything though.

Hi  Fina.  When I encounter this admittedly infuriating situation, I open
the file in the word processor of choice (WordPerfect); I think in there
you'll find an option to change case; choose "initial caps."  Those poor
sighted people! (grin!)  They can't read things unless they jump right out
at them.

If something in duxbury is in all caps and you want to just capitalize the 
first letter of an item for example, is there a global way I can change
that?

In this next menu, all the titles of all the items are in all caps, grrr!!! 
sighted people make me tired!! Well, some of them anyway (smiles)
