I spent a good deal of time experimenting with page codes to try to change the
page numbering and to remove the (p) in the body of the document. What I did
was:
Bottom of page 1 [pg~p] to make the second preliminary braille page number read
p2
At the bottom of preliminary page 2 I used [pg~] to remove the (p) from the
braille page number and then used
[pv1] ]svpfd1] [pona] to make the body of the document begin on page 1.
It worked but wonder if there was an easier way.
