I hate to disagree Terri, but it's not.  Certainly not
Internationally.  For example, American Computer braille is
different from British Computer braille, albeit in some
subtle ways.

Grade 0 is a single print character for braille character
representation, and for example, makes no distinction fort
he change between upper and lower case letters.
