This works for me, however I do use my own template and am working in the
UEB environment, but worth a try anyway.

Working in the MS Word environment, set the language of all the English text
to English, then all the Spanish text to Spanish.

When you import into Duxbury, hopefully it will then assign the correct
language translation to each section of text.

I discovered this when translating a document I received from elsewhere,
which translated some French words using the French accents which I didn't
want. MS Word had automatically assigned the French language to those words.
I now as a matter of course, in Word, highlight any external documents and
make the language English for the whole document. It saves heartache later.
