I just clicked on the attachment that you sent and it opened
Duxbury and showed English Literary and formatted braille. It opened
and I could read it fine.
I am using an MPower.

Hello, I downloaded a book from web braille, and it wants to open in
DBT which is fine, and it automaticly chooses formatted braille, but
it appears blank. What is wrong?
