I've just tried this myself, and find that things work just fine -- at least
as far as I can see.
Do you have a sample document that you can send to me? I may also wish to
share it with Susan, who developed the BANA templates for Word & DBT.

Hello everyone,
I think there's an error in the mapping of the transcriber's note style.
When used in the Word template, it imports as <TranscriberNote_Char> in DBT.
Aside from it being different than the standard <TranscriberNote> style, I
don't think it is a valid style because underscores (_) are not allowed in
styles.
