I wasn't aware of these tips.  Thanks I will try it.  I didn't know that I 
could have templates with just those in them.  HUMMMMMMMMM.  I see some very 
good uses here.  Thanks.

Jan,

Try going up from the top of the menu.  It'll wrap to the bottom.

You might also consider creating templates with those contraction levels you
most commonly use pre-set.

Is there a faster way to move through these so I can get down to Select
Contractions. I use this feature more often than the foreign language stuff?
