[duxhelp] Re: Should we allow power users to activate?

I would be nervous about it, but if someone is going to do something they 
aren't supposed to they shouldn't have that access.  All the organizations I 
have worked for give administrator access to their users so they are already 
set up for problems if they are going to happen.  Adding power users to the 
groups wouldn't change anything.
