[duxhelp] Re: Password Protected Documents

This is great. I wanted to be able to review the W.I.P. help documentation,
and make kind constructive but not deprecating critiques. But this is a good
way to learn to navigate the help system. Export to XML is indeed exciting.
I'd love to see a code chart equating DbT codes with xhtml codes where
applicable. the SGML spec is not on line, but the Text Encoding initiaive
guidelines are pretty good.

Then there is the issue with PDF  files,which DBT couldn't possibly address,
although i have a good contact in Adobe's accessibility suite.
