David,

Are you feeding sheets that are to be folded and bound, or only printed
double-sided?

We have an Index 4x4 PRO which has not been working for many moons. It
has
now been fixed but the settings on Duxbury do not seem to be correct for
this embosser. On A4 paper the maximum I can get is 22 characters and 20
lines. On the Index Everest D it is possible to get 35 characters and 28
lines on A4 paper and I would think that this should also be possible
for
the 4x4 PRO as well.
