It has now been fixed but the settings on Duxbury do not seem to be correct for this embosser. On A4 paper the maximum I can get is 22 characters and 20 lines. On the Index Everest D it is possible to get 35 characters and 28 lines on A4 paper and I would think that this should also be possible for the 4x4 PRO as well.
