[duxhelp] HTML Import

Hi,
We (Dancing Dots) have some web pages that use <h4> and they aren't imported
properly into Duxbury. It took me a few tries but I did find another web site
that used <h5>. I suspect the problem is that they just aren't "Duxbury"
styles and I think they should be.
