Phillipe, For this purpose, it is probably best to use SWIFT. SWIFT is an add-on to MS Word. Among other features, it allows you to map your Word styles into DBT styles. When DBT is installed, so too is SWIFT, so you should find that SWIFT is running every time you run Word.
