Don't know if this will help, but as I use windows explorer, I always set up
a dump directory, for everything I download. I find wants to delete install
executables during it's task scheduler and cleanmgr a file purging utility.
Microsoft's level of control is as relentless as Joseph Stalin, or for that
matter Freedom Scientific.
