But I'd still say (naively not knowing if this is possible in programming) that the undo should undo whatever the last action was, whether it was: step, step, step (undo step) or replace all (undo replace all) or step, step, step, replace all (undo replace all) So my preference for Undo would be to remove my last action, whatever it was. I can see where I'd have to then manually replace anything prior to that (the other steps) unless your undo supports multiple undos.
