For me, the hardest characters to find a "niche" for were Quasit and Saurote. I also found that we tend to have a huge number of "chaotic neutral" types; you may notice some slight alignment shifts here and there (like Cinilac being LN(e)), but it seemed like a good way to add balance in some cases.
