Yes, I liked that suggestion last week and this week will work well for it. Since we ended on a non-combat/capture/get ready to fight kind of note, the characters should have plenty of room to role-play right off the bat. -----Original Message----- From: Robert Deibler [mailto:rdeibler@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, November 25, 2002 2:31 PM To: dungeoncrawl@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [dungeoncrawl] Re: Just chattin' Are we going to start the session with character interaction and roleplaying and then strating the module. So we get in the mood right off. -----Original Message----- From: Damon Kline [mailto:damon.kline@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Mon 11/25/2002 1:53 PM To: 'dungeoncrawl@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Cc: Subject: [dungeoncrawl] Just chattin' Hey guys, I haven't seen anything from the group in a while, so I just thought I'd send out a quick note to say hey. Hey. I am really looking forward to playing tonight. I don't know why specifically, it's not like there is anything special planned for tonight, I'm just looking forward to it. The group role-played so well together last time and I'm hoping that it continues to tonight. I have two thoughts that I would like to try, to see if it will make things even better. First, once we are all there and we do our "How was your week?" session, I'd like to dive right into the role playing and try to keep the side conversations to a minimum. That will depend a lot on me, as I will need to give you guys something to do and keep you occupied. But it will also depend on the players to pay attention and not get too distracted with other things. Second, instead of using the music channels on the TV tonight, I think I'll control the music from the PC. That way I can play some more fitting music and I can control it. Those are the two things that spring to mind that I would like to try for tonight. Just to see how they go. I think I will stand again this week, since it worked pretty well for me last week. So, no extra chair needed again. :-) I guess that's it for now, I just thought I'd check in and see how everyone was doing.
