You will end up in rehap with a list of specific exercises you will need to do.
I purchased some leg weights, elastic exercise bands, a block of wood for
doing toe raises, and a kitchen timer to keep me honest in timing. I started
doing some specific exercises while sitting in the recliner and a year later I
am still doing these exercises while watching tv. The routine usually takes
between and hour to hour and half but I now have biceps again as well as good
legs.

More people have asked about the cameras and apparently the cougar clip has
been seen by people world wide now.

Alida and I were having a quiet morning coffee when our camera surveillance
alerted us to an event. We had just replaced our 12-year-old home security
system with newer updated cameras. Little did we know how this clip would
blow up in the news and social media. Once the cougar was gone, I immediately
went to the school next door to warn them as this cat was bigger than some of
their students. Several videos attached.
If you are interested in adding an affordable surveillance system, we recommend
this. We bought two Wyze V3 cameras - one for the front door and one for the
lower patio - and are very happy with them. Each one cost about $50. after
taxes and delivery.
They are HD, weather resistant, have two-way audio, have color night vision,
have free cloud storage, detect sound and motion, can sound a siren alert, can
send notifications to your cell phone, store 5 days of activity on 32 SD card,
and require no additional equipment if you can mount close to a power source -
we did also order a longer power cord. We pay the extra $28 per camera per
year for the subscription cloud storage and better service.
I also discovered that this is sold at Home Depot in the electrical department.
The attached clips are with the detection setting at 35% - for the cougar clip,
I had just easily adjusted the setting to 50%.
