Brothers,
We have a new email address for sending New Messages to the ΔΣΦ-EA
Communications Group. This address resolves issues with large messages
(greater than 5MB) and will route large messages a different way. Please use
the new address and STOP using Wynn Payne's temporary template that contains
all 51 individual email addresses.
To send New Messages, with or without attachments, use the address
<mailto:DSP.EA.Large.Messages@xxxxxxxxx> DSP.EA.Large.Messages@xxxxxxxxx.
You may want to add this email address to your Contacts file.
To reply to an earlier message, please use Reply and NOT Reply All. In some
cases, a Reply All will send two (2) copies of your message to every group
member, but Reply will always work automatically. Sending two copies isn't a
disaster, but it will quickly become annoying if it continues. See the
attached User Guide if you want more explanation.
The attached User Guide contains detailed information (in simple English) on
the automated email forwarding services we are using. The User Guide should
be consulted first if you have any problems, so you may want to save a copy.
Brothers who regularly send New Messages with large attachments (e.g.,
videos), are really encouraged to read the User Guide for some best
practices that can help avoid potential issues.
