[drivingpairs] trace extenders

I have had requests for trace extenders many times, and often the better
solution is new traces, the right length with the correct attachment. We
have made trace extenders, but if one is planning to use those traces on a
regular basis, better to have the right traces. Of course, this presumes
that you have buckle in traces. If you have fixed traces, extenders are the
answer.
For new traces, we the price is rarely more than $46 (plus shipping) and
sometimes a bit less, depending on what they are.
