In today's overstressed hectic world, you might need to set up a teleconference link and have several dozen members call in for the meeting and voting. There are several companies that you can rent the 800 phone number from, and everyone gets a passcode plus *, and >bloop< they are in. Remember to specify the time zone ;) ... If a signature is required to actually "attend," have them fax a signature to be stapled to the attendance sheet. Many people can scan in their signature on their home capier/fax/combo thingies, and then they can attach it to an email, and the secretary can print the page. You won't be alone in your quest for quorum like this. The money spent renting the phone number, and renting the speaker unit and receiver units (you can rent hotel meeting rooms already equipped), will be far less than the cost of these people flying out. You just ahve to be sure enough people call in. I'm not an ADS member, but if you make me one, I'll call in ;) ... Offer a couple buggy lessons to some staff, and maybe you'll get it for free :) ... _________________________________________________________ To Unsubscribe, change to Digest or Vacation mode go to: http://www.drivingpairs.com/dpmem.shtml `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
