I met Heidi a couple months ago and saw her pair and her problems,
unfortunately, I don't know enough about pairs to help her. But I will say
that from what I saw she is very careful and confident with what she knows and
doesn't know. I think with the right help she will be able to get over the
problem. I personally couldn't see anything obviously wrong with the harness
but I did not see both harnesses to compare [we were short on time]. Good luck
