Thanks for your input. I wasn't actually planning on buying any bits until,
as you mentioned, I have a better idea of where we are headed. Right now my
ponies are happy with what I am using. My question was more to determine the
correctness of turnout for show ring purposes. Somewhere, I thought I read
there was specific attire, harness, bitting, etc. for the type of horse,
vehicle you drove (country vs. formal, etc.).
Driving is such a tradition bound sport that I want to make sure I am on the
right path.
