[drivingpairs] Tandem Questions continued

Since I'm having so much fun with this and my
almost-14-year old son is very small for his age and
will be small for quite some time, I'm toying with the
idea of showing my minis tandem with Jimmy as a
navigator.
Is a meadowbrook cart OK to show tandem in in pleasure
show or the formal(er) part of a CDE?
Do I have to get a tandem harness made or can I use my
existing harnesses like I do now? If I can use an
existing harness, what do I have to do (especially the
leader) to make the harness acceptable. IE - remove
the breeching?
Thanks for the help. I think I'm getting addicted to
this tandem thing, especially with the girls being so
good and into it.
