[drivingpairs] Plastic SHoes

I am interested in people's views and experiences with plastic shoes (vs
pads maybe?) for horses who tend to get a bit foot sore from hard surfaces.
Especially anything about which brands might be good or not good with
ponies who have smaller feet.
Sometimes I wish my horses had wheels.
