Yes they have trace clips including their heads (had to do that a long time
ago since it's awfully hard to buckle up bridles with all that hair in the
way), but of course the green one hasn't learned as much patience yet. So he
feels the need to take his 'itch' out on someone, and his poor partner just
happens to be convenient. I will keep on keeping on, correcting him. What a
whole new set of variables compared to driving a single. An itchy single has
nowhere to rub!

Hi

I drive itchy ponies too sometimes.  I do correct mine that they have to
accept it and will get a good rub when unhitched and untarnished.  They
really do get very itchy under the bridles though.  You should just clip
them from the neck and up.  It relieves a lot of problems and they look so
