Alas, no driving on Thanksgiving... Its my turn in the barrel and I am cooking... A fully traditional meal, all from scratch, pies, sides, everything except the rolls...I don't do Yeast !!!!!!! <grin> However, my guests are all horsie and 2 are experienced pairs drivers so once Thursday is in the Memory Album they are mine to milk for their experience, their knowledge, their patience in teaching me (they also coached me through my first year at CDE's as well as the year before, trying to help me overcome my fear of competing...these are wonderful friends...Debra and Thomas Smith of Northern California). They'll be here all weekend, oh lucky me, and oh lucky new pony pair...people who know what the heck they are doing... A Blessed Thanksgiving to you all... May there be a feast of carrots for the loves of our lives...
