Hi Gillian
Whatever program you are opening to view the TIF file should allow you
to then 'Save As' a JPEG. I use the program Irvanview to open images and
to resize/crop/save/save as/etc. However most programs that open the
image will allow you the 'Save As' option.
If any problems let me know what program you are using - that is the
default program when you click on an image.
