[dokuwiki] url() in css

Yesterday I updated my dokuwiki to lastest version and I found there is changes processiong of CSS files (all are somehow merged and parsed through /lib/exe/css.php). My own tpl got bit broken and I found it is because during parsing dokuwiki replaces url('http://myweb/images') with
url(/lib/tpl/mytheme'http://myweb/images'). Is this intended behaviour? I can not use valid URL in css this way..
