Much thanks! It actually didn't work, but it pointed me into the right
direction as
http://127.0.0.1/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=tests:tests&purge=true
The reason this would work is possibly since it's not referring to the source
page adding "~~NOCACHE~~" DokuWiki would not even know that the page has
contains it. By putting &purge=true in the URL then DokuWiki would know to
purge the page.
