[dokuwiki] update of the manual

Hi all,
there is AFAIK a "Documentation Team" which takes care of the
documentation in the devel namespace.
But I couldn't find something about a team which is responsible for
maintaining the manual in the wiki at dokuwiki.org.
Is there a plan for updating the manual for the newer releases or is it
done by whom who have time.
I would update some articles, but it will be more effective to do this
in a team.
