[dokuwiki] Re: translate your plugins

I just tested with a plugin of mine and I have two questions:
1- Can the tool deal with e-mail of authors who already contributed?
It seems I couldn't submit my translation without providing an email. It
then generated this commit:

my email is added once more to the file.
It's not a big deal since it's easy to fix; but could have I done it
differently when submitting the translation ?
2- I've merged the pull request about 10 minutes ago, and I notice the
translation page isn't updated
yet (ie: http://translate.dokuwiki.org/plugin/hidden currently shows 83%
translated instead of 100%).
What is the update frequency?
