[dokuwiki] Re: translate tool

One of the users on the Forum wrote that his Japanese contributions to
Dokuwiki and to the ckgedit plugin have not gone through. I walked him
through making a contribution to ckgedit, and I never got a
notification. As far as I can tell, his contributions are not showing up
in the translation tool.
It seems like our dokuwiki-translate user got flagged at github.
Unfortunately we did not get an email about that. I only discovered it
by investigating your report. I contacted their support but they say
that their responses will be slow during the holidays.
Effectively no translations will come through until this is resolved.
The pull requests seem to have been created correctly (I can see
your's) but won't show up for anyone until the account is unflagged
again.
