[dokuwiki] tagging stable releases

Can future stable releases be tagged with something unique to stable
releases, e.g. "release stable yyyy-mm-dd". Doing this would simplify
the use of darcs to get the latest stable. i.e.
darcs get --partial --tag="stable"
http://dev.splitbrain.org/darcs/dokuwiki
should retrieve the latest tag matching "stable" ... the latest stable
and differentiate from
darcs get --partial --tag="release"
http://dev.splitbrain.org/darcs/dokuwiki
which would retrieve the latest release including both stable and
release candidates.
