[dokuwiki] superuser and manager

Hullo!
i have seen that in the latest release rights can be splitted between
superusers and managers. However I can find very little documentation
about the manager role. Are the rights for manager configurable? I
would like to give managers the possibility to administer the ACL's.
Can it be done?
