[dokuwiki] plugin and config mgrs

Hi Chris and list!
I have one request concerning the plugin manager and one question
concerning the config manager:
Today was the first time since long I used the plugin manager again. And
I was wondering what this certain checkbox could be. After a few
seconds, I guessed it could be the disabling feature. By trying it out I
experienced: Yes, it *is* the disabling feature. :-)
Well, I think the checkbox is not very intuitive. Either it should be
labelled, or better: Why not make another button? (Like all other
actions you can do with a plugin via the manager.)
I guess a reason to use a checkbox is to be able to disable more than
one plugin all at once. But then again, you may also wish to *delete*
more than one plugin at once ...
So, I'd suggest a fourth button instead of the checkbox.
In the config manager I stumbled across the labels being wrapped inside
an <a class="nolink" title="whatever">. Why is that? Are there plans to
make them links or anchors?
