This won't help with your issue, but we've had a similar problem here
printing pages -- under IE, on some people's PCs, the images don't show
up. On other PCs they do (same version of IE, same security settings) --
and it always works with Firefox -- but for some reason images sometimes
don't seem to show up in non-standard contexts.
