I've just gotten the annoucement from Piwik about them abondoning 5.3 in
six months, maybe DokuWiki should forward in a similar manner:

Centos 6 comes bundled with 5.3.3, and since it is widely used, exceeding 5.3.3 will be a royal pain the the a for many users.
