There may be a plugin to do this, but one approximation is to use a blank headline.

If you start your document with a "Level 3" headline (four equal signs), you can indent sections by preceding them with a lower level heading.


   ==== Main Title ====
   Normal, non-indented text.
   == ==
   Indented text
   ==== ====
   Back to normal text.

One downside is that you seem to get an extra blank line after the indented text. Also, don't use more than four equal signs for the headings or else you'll get horizontal lines tossed in to the mix.
