Interesting idea. It might be sensible to use the DPI setting to
calculate width and height when both are ommited in the syntax. I
think this should be relatively easy to implement as an action plugin
hooking into some event in fetch.php, maybe it would even make sense
as core behaviour. But a plugin to test it out would be a nice
start...
