Interesting, I have THE SAME looks on dreamhost.com
On my local server it works fine, but when I have copy folder of DokuWiki to
dreamhost I have looks exactly the same. I did this 2 days ago, so was not
time yet to find where is problem.
They use Linux, PHP, ...
