[dokuwiki] authphpbb3 plugin adoption

Hello,

I created a plugin to authenticate users using phpBB3 backend and perform a 
SSO. I'd like to reuse the DokuWiki page plugin:authphpbb3.

Since the author of the plugin seems unreachable, can I take the ownership of 
the DokuWiki page below to publish my plugin?
