[dokuwiki] Updated to 2011-05-25a, now file URLs are broken

Hello.
I updated Rincewind to 2011-05-25a to solve the mixed case
indexer/search problem, but the update seems to have broken file URL:s.
Example:
[[file://H:\Slask\New.txt|Text file]]
The resulting page doesn't have a clickable link, just "Text file" and
the HTML code looks like this:
<p>
Text file
</p>
Tried the same in 2011-05-25, worked.
HTTP URL:s work as expected in 2011-05-25a.
Any ideas?
