Suggestion for allowing anchor names to start with numbers: append an '_'
I didn't know of this limitation, but it seems a 'weak' limitation to
overcome.
The trouble is perhaps that former links get broken.

Anchor names are not allowed to start with special chars or numbers.
Start your headline with a letter. Eg.
===== Day 2007-06-14 (Thursday) =====
